Alterations are available to meet your needs to give ease for dressing. Types of adjustments include, but are not limited to adapting trousers by adding long zippers and an extra panel on the lower legs to accommodate AFO’s or other types of lower leg braces, opening the outseam to the waist and adding Velcro or zippers and snaps for an easy on/off. Long zippers can also be added to the side seams of skirts. Zippers may also be added to the side seams of dresses, skirts, shirts, jackets and coats to make the garment more adaptive. The back of shirts, dresses, jackets, and coats may be opened and a back closure added. The possibilities listed here are just ideas of possible adaptive alterations, but any adjustments not listed here, can be made to make your garments comfortable and adaptive.
