Barbara Beccio is a designer of adaptive clothing, historically-accurate costumes and one-of-a-kind dolls. She has been an industry professional for over 40 years, and during that time created costumes for over 80 Theatre, Opera, and Dance productions; acted as an assistant wardrobe stylist for numerous TV commercials and for the PBS series Where in Time is Carmen Sandiego? ; held the position of Academic Director at The Art Institute of California-San Francisco, and had her adaptive designs in numerous runway shows. As an educator, Barbara infuses her classes with her inventive spirit as well as her extensive knowledge of clothing construction, textiles, and costuming techniques.

- Re-creation of the Ugly Witch from the Broadway production of Into the Woods with Bernadette Peters, sold for $8,500.
- Re-creation of Rafiki from the Broadway production of The Lion King, sold for $5,250 and donated to The Museum of the City of New York, on permanent display.
